• Heinrich-Heine-Portal, ein integriertes Informationssystem. Düsseldorf, Germany: Heinrich-Heine-Instituts, 2003. Site devoted to the  German poet Heinrich Heine (1797-1856).
• Hyper-Concordance: The Victorian Literary Studies Archives. Japan: Nagoya University, 2003?-. This site contains not only a database to Victorian-era texts, but also British and Irish authors from other centuries, along with American authors. Date added: 2010-12-06.
• NVSA Web Sites (Northeast Victorian Studies Association). This is a useful set of links arranged by author and title to Web sites about 19th century literary authors and writers or electronic editions of their works.
• Retrospektive Digitalisierung wissenschaftlicher Rezensionsorgane und Literaturzeitschriften des 18. und 19. Jahrhunderts aus dem deutschen Sprachraum. Biefeld, Germany: Bibliothek, Universität Biefeld. Full-text searchable or browsable collection of German language science and literary magazines. • Romantic Circles (Edited by Neil Fraistat, Steven E. Jones, and Carl Stahmer published by the University of Maryland). Searchable/browsable collection of peer-reviewed hypertext editions of works by Romantic-period (late 18th through early 19th centuries) writers. Site includes an array scholarly resources, including the Romantic Circles Praxis Series, edited by Orrin N. C. Wang and John Morillo (ISSN: 1528-8129), which publishes original, electronic essays on Romanticism.
